Hello, I am an artist (crafter/ Calligraphy artist) and loves exploring various art forms. I conduct regular workshops, and loves to arrange bespoke Bdy parties/ events/ corporate events for kids as well as adults. I am an enhanced DBS certified and have been working in school too with children :)
Join London-based printmaker Alex Booker and create your own artwork using the ancient method of wood block printing method - a process Alex has worked with for over 20 years after studying printmaking at University of Brighton (2002-2005) and Camberwell (MA 2006-7), University of the Arts. Draw and cut your own woodblock using Japanese Shina plywood and traditional tools and explore the process of hand-printing on different paper types. Then learn how to use multiple blocks to build colour and design, as well as reduction-cutting techniques to create more complex prints. Both sides of the wood as useable so you will have plenty of time to create one or two designs. You will be able to make multiple prints and even create your own editions if you wish! Prints will be safely rolled ready to carry home. Suitable for beginners. All equipment and materials will be provided as well as non alcoholic refreshments.

With over 30 years of experience in Chinese tea, Yiqing brings both depth of knowledge and lived connection to every ceremony. Yiqing also owns a tea farm in Yunnan, China, where the relationship between land, seasonality, and flavour is understood firsthand. Her passion began growing up in China, and later - after settling in the UK - She started hosting tea ceremonies to share the artistry, etiquette, and quiet philosophy behind traditional Chinese tea culture. Guiding guests through each step and tasting is not only a teaching practice, but also a personal one: a way to stay close to their roots, and to keep that cultural thread alive through something as simple (and profound) as a cup of tea.
