Growth & Partnerships Manager
Partnerships, campaigns and promotions.Help Kulturely find the right people and groups to work with, then turn good conversations into new hosts, experiences and bookings.
Remote — Nigeria (WAT)·Salary: ₦120,000–₦150,000 per month to start + data subscription incentive·Full-time, Monday–Friday, 11am–4pm WAT
What you will do
- Find cultural communities, schools, creators, event organisers and local businesses that could work with Kulturely.
- Send clear, friendly messages and explain Kulturely simply.
- Follow up with interested people and arrange calls when needed.
- Help turn good partner conversations into new hosts, experiences and bookings.
- Keep every conversation and next step clear in the Kulturely Workspace.
What a normal day looks like
- Check replies and choose the most important follow-ups.
- Find suitable communities, organisations and creators.
- Send clear outreach messages and follow up with people who reply.
- Join booked calls or arrange the next conversation.
- Update the Kulturely Workspace with what happened and what to do next.
- Share a short end-of-day update: people contacted, replies, calls booked, progress and anything blocking you.
Tools you will use
- Kulturely Workspace — to see your assigned work, update progress and record next steps.
- Kulturely WhatsApp Business — to message hosts, partners and people who need support.
- Selstack Appointments — to send booking links and arrange calls.
- Google Meet — to hold booked team, host or partner calls.
How work is tracked
- During 11am–4pm WAT, you should be reachable and working through your agreed tasks.
- All work is tracked in the Kulturely Workspace, including conversations, progress and next steps.
- At the end of each day, you will update what you completed, the result, what still needs attention and your next step.
- Each week, we will agree clear targets and review progress together.
What good work looks like
- 100+ organisations contacted each month.
- 30 qualified partnership conversations.
- 8–15 partnerships started.
- 50–100 hosts introduced through partnerships.
- 50+ new partner experiences.
- More bookings coming from partnerships each month.
What you will need
- Your own laptop.
- Reliable internet and a smartphone with WhatsApp.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Able to keep simple notes and follow up properly.
- Comfortable speaking with communities, organisations and creators.
