Kulturely combines clear expectations, profile checks, listing review, clear communication, payments through Kulturely, careful case handling and booking-linked reviews.
New listings need a confirmed host account, clear profile, accepted policies and Kulturely review. Older imported listings may remain available while their hosts update them, and no profile-check badge appears until the required checks are complete.
Kulturely shows the profile-check badge after the required host profile and policy details are complete. It does not mean that Kulturely has checked official identity documents.
Before booking, phone numbers, email addresses and external payment links are blocked. Support can look at reported conversations only as part of a recorded case.
Safety reports, disputes, host no-shows, guest no-shows, cancellations and exceptional refunds follow clear steps, with evidence and a record of what happened.
