Payment processing costs
If the policy allows, a guest-caused refund can deduct payment processing costs that cannot be returned. Host-caused cancellations return everything the guest paid.
Host earnings and withdrawals
Earnings normally become eligible seven days after the experience. Any positive eligible balance is included in the next weekly automatic payout once Stripe withdrawals are connected.
