We will go to local African owned grocery stores to buy ingrdients needed to make traditional African dishes. I will share how to know what is good produce and what's best for the dish. Then there will be a practical interactive lesson on how to make some dishes and some traditional drinks. A brief history of the origins of the dish will be shared. Finally we will eat as a group. African music will play in the background and there will be some pan African artwork on display.
