Ghost Tour (Walk) of London: ghost stories of the oldest part of London
Gather for some traditional ghost stories set in the oldest part of London (the "Golden Square Mile'). We will walk through this area, which was founded 2000 years ago. Over these many years, this location has acquired a large number of ghostly tales. These will be told in their historical context
What you will experience
Guests join a host-led ghost walk, and are encouraged to discuss and give their views as they wish. Skeptical? Well, certainly some of these stories are more believable than others. and some are more disturbing than others. We will meet at a well-known London landmark, and finish at what is considered the most haunted pub in London.

I'm a London-based history buff who is fascinated by the stories of the City of London. After a long career in computing, I turned to more humanities-based interests. So, I took an MA in creative writing, and my research topic for this was to do with traditional tales - fables, urban legends, and of course, ghost stories. Then, after a second career in street/alternative theatre and storytelling, I returned to this topic, and now do ghost tours of London - partly to enable me to do research for a book on the subject. I remain open-minded and I particularly enjoy finding ways to communicate these stories in a clear and fair light.

First of all Martin was really awesome! Extremely good!! Made my experience very interesting by putting games in it where I had to discover which of the ghost stories were made up and which were real!! Went extra time for me and my friend as we booked together!!! Gave history to London even as I never knew much to London places I see everyday!He took us to different locations where we could see a lot of history!! He made finding him so so easy! He even told us what outfit he would wear days before our experience! Awesome guy 100% will definitely recommend and do it again!
